Фея Драже
Фея Драже appeared in summer 2005. The band celebrates its birthday on August 25 — the day of their first concert.
Their music doesn't correspond with any style of Russian rock scene. Summer 2006, the band make their first demo record that consisted with three songs and start working on their first album 'Don't think, don't repeat — just do it'.
The recording lasted a year because of the complicated structure of the arrangement. Almost all the songs have about 150 tracks. Hardly any other band on Russian scene uses such musical instruments as domra, bells, ratchet, maracas and slapstick besides typical for rock music ones (guitars, drums).
The album is recorded at various Russian studios. Guitars recorded at DDT Studio (Saint-Petersburg) by sound engineer Yuri Smirnov (Animal Jazz, Amatory). Mixed by Yuri Smirnov at Contact Studio (Saint-Petersburg). Mastering by Alexander Karelin (Jane Air, Stigmata) at Secret Studio (Saint-Petersburg).
