Šimek & Grossmann
Miloslav Šimek (7.3.1940 - 16. 2. 2004) a Jiří Grossmann (20.7.1941 - 5.12.1971) were Czech comedians who are known for their satire, black humor, rag. Until these days we can listen their recorded stories. Usually from the time of socialism.
First they introduced to the audience of Karkulka. They were two of many founders of theatre club Olympik, which lay at the place of nowadays theatre Ypsilonka in Spálená Street.
During their service in army were separated and they got together again after that. In 1967 they were invited to the Semafor. Since that they were hosting in Semafor many times.
Šimek continued in political satira after Grossmann´s death.
