久保田麻琴と夕焼け楽団
Makoto Kubota fronted The Sunset Gang (Yuyaka Gakudan) and called their name Makoto Kubota & the Sunset Gang (久保田麻琴と夕焼け楽団). In Japan, they recorded a series of albums during the mid 70s, from 1973’s ‘Machiboke’ to 1977’s ‘Dixie Fever’, incorporating a range of musical styles from blues to West Coast rock. When Makoto decided to wind up The Sunset Gang, he took many of the same musicians with him to form the Sunsetz, among the line-up innovative guitarist, Keni Inoue. Read more on Last.fm.
