方雅賢
According to the official website of It Started with a Kiss OST:
方雅賢 (Fang Ya Xian) was the winner of a talent show called 錢櫃之星 (Qian Gui Zhi Xing) in 2004 or 2005 and this OST was somewhat like her debut. She is still a newcomer and not very much is known about her.
Apart from her, It Started with a Kiss OST also features the runner-up He Shu Yu (何書宇) who sang Track 11 Regret (后悔) and second runner-up Wang Yu Yun (王俞勻) who sang Track 9 The Whole World Could Hear (全世界的人都知道).
