Arklio Galia
Arklio Galia (Horse power) is a rock band based in Vilnius, Lithuania, founded in 2006.
The current group comprises V. Aškinis (guitar, harmonica), Ž. Jagėla (bass guitar, vocals), J. Šykovas (keyboards, guitar, trumpet), A. Fediajevas (drums).
There were many changes in the band's line-up. Former members: A. Karpavičius (bass guitar), S. Valiukevičius (bass guitar), D. Niaura (drums), E. Burakas (drums), T. Augustinas (guitar, keyboards), T. Lučiūnas (saxophone, percussion), M. Juknevičius (drums)
Arklio Galia released their first studio album Arklio galia, in 2007, which featured 16 of their first songs, which would become the base of the band's repertoire for many years.
Second band's album was released in 2008. It was entitled Arklio galios kosmodiskas and featured an hour of space-rock-themed improvisation, never meant to be repeated again. In 2008 the band also released a mini-cd single Aš Tave Myliu and a retrospective demo compilation Vienas Rimtas. In 2009 the band released two live albums - Laivas Ant Galieros and Laivas Ant Gero. Two new studio albums, which featured a different line-up and musical aproach, were released in the early 2010s - Užsisakyk skaitmeninę televiziją su in 2010 and Viskas yra gerai, bet kodėl? in 2013.
