Avernus

1. An American Doom Metal band.
2. The alias of Trance music producer Yigit Denizci.
1. Avernus formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1992. Influenced by artists such as Paradise Lost, Dead Can Dance and Cranes, early releases were a mix of death metal, doom metal, and cinematic atmospheres, though the band's sound soon evolved to incorporate a sound closer to goth rock and has managed to record semi-consistently despite an ever-fluctuating roster of musicians. Guitarist and vocalist Rick McCoy has been the sole constant member throughout the band's existence.
2. Yigit Denizci aka Avernus, is a producer of Trance music. He was born in 1988 in Izmir, Turkey. Trance music inspired him in 2004. From 2005 he has started to create Electronic music. He tryes to join his own productions with his beautiful epic melodies. He thinks that music suppose to be an emotion, a moment, sadness and hapinnes which strikes to the listener, and is making him excitable or calms him down. He's favourite kind's of trance music is: Melodic Uplifting Trance.
