Betti
Betty was born in August 23rd of 1952 in Tehran.
She studied Literature at "Attar High School" in Tehran where she received her diploma when she was 17 years old. Later when she found her passion for music she recorded her first song "Azizam" as her debut Hit single. This song topped the charts in Iran when she had just turned 19.
A few months later Betty got married to Saeed Dabiri and a year after their son Haydn got born.
In 1984 she left Iran and toured in Israel for concerts. In 1991 Betty and her son "Haydn" returned to Iran. After emotionally suffering in prison by Islamic Republic Government Of Iran, she got prohibited from leaving the country for a 14-year period.
When she was in Iran she studied english at "Jahad Daneshgahi" where she recieved her college degree a 3-year term and after she started teaching english for several years. She also studied on "Voice Over" for one year.
Betty moved to Canada in 2005 to pursue her professional career, therefore she released her new album in 2008 by the name of "Labkhande Ghadimi".
Currently she lives in Canada and working on her next album.
