Black September
Originally, Black September was a name of a legendary Palestinian terrorist group (منظمة أيلول الأسود , "Munaẓẓamat Aylūl al-Aswad"). There are at least six bands under this name!

3) NSBM band from Netherlands.
4) Band from Belgium.
5) Grindcore band from Syria.
6) a mid 80's Goth/ Post-Punk band from Hull, UK
1) Formed in the fall of 2006, BLACK SEPTEMBER is a female fronted metal group hailing from Chicago. Containing ex-members of Thin the Herd and Kung Fu Rick, the group combines influences ranging from AMON AMARTH to BOLT THROWER with the raw intensity of HIS HERO IS GONE.

4) At the end of the 90's and the beginning of the 2000's, at Oostkamp, near Bruges in Belgium some friends formed the group Black September. The band members existed of Karel Demeyer (vocals), Kristof Meulemeester (drums), Lieven Denys (Rhythm Guitar), Davy Lagaisse (Lead Guitar) and Eddy De Smul (Bass Guitar).
The succes of the band was only regional, but didn't stop them to bring out an album with 5 songs - "Trench Feet" - where Bjorn Van De Steene wrote the lyrics of 'Apocalyps' and 'Shadow'. This album however was for promotional use only. As the activities of the band were getting busier and the members had chosen to develop in their private and professional life, the band eventually stopped in 2003.
5) Grindcore band from Damascus, Syria. Their lyrics are mostly satirical (mocking the Western stereotypes of Middle Eastern people). So far they released only one split 8'' w/ Agathocles.
