CORE OF SOUL
CORE OF SOUL is a pop/rock group consisting of three members: Nakamura Fukiko (中村蕗子), Song Rui (宋睿 / ソンルイ), and Iizuka Keisuke (飯塚 啓介).
In 1999, during their final high school year, the group represented the Kansai region in the All Japan Final of the 'Teen Music Festival'. They won the 'Encouragement Award' and were given the chance to record a demo, and have it distrubuted by a major label.
The demo was released February 11, 2001, and had the songs "FULL MOON PRAYER" and "Angel" on it. It sold well enough for them to sign a stronger contract and release more music.
After releasing nine singles, five albums, and one best compilation, the members of CORE OF SOUL decided to disband.
After an Asia-wide tour, the group official ceased on March 24, 2006.
Nakamura Fukiko is currently releasing her solo works under the name "LOVE". Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
