Cathy Carr
Cathy Carr (28 June 1936- Nov. 1988). She was born Angelina Helen Catherine Cordovano in the New York borough of The Bronx. As a child, she appeared on The Childrens Hour tv show. Later becoming a singer & dancer with the USO, she joined big band orchestras such as those of Sammy Kaye, Johnny Dee, & Larry fontaine. In 1955 she went to Fraternity Records, where she had her only major hit, " Ivory Tower". Read more on Last.fm.
