EMAK
EMAK is an abbreviation of "Elektronische Musik aus Köln".
The studio project ELEKTRONISCHE MUSIK AUS KÖLN was founded in Germany in 1982 by Kurt Mill and Matthias Becker. Until today six albums were released of which the first three (EMAK Vol.1 - 3) were still in the vinyl lp format whereas the follow ups (VINTAGE SYNTHS VOL.1 - 3) were already cds. After having been unavailable for many years the best tracks of the first three albums have been re-released on a cd. For this purpose all the original masters have been denoised and remastered digitally to achieve the best possible sonic quality.
