Francis Blaid
Francis Blaid has been engaged in music from the age of 6, he attended the music class of the primary school. He played the violin and sang in the school's choir until the age of 12, in the meantime he acquired the basics of music. He was interested in composing music from the early ages, but he started to make music seriously with computer only about 1997.
His first track appeared in Hungary in 2000. His first international release was in 2003 when he was one of the 6 winners of the 'Solid Globe - North Pole' remix competition organised by Fundamental Recordings.
In 2004 he collaborated with Andrewboy and Dennis Clarke on their debut album.
In the beginning he produced trance music, nowadays he prefers progressive house. In 2006 he started DJing and his mixes was played on several online radio stations.
