Hacı Taşan
Hacı Taşan (1930-1983) was a Turkish musician in the Central Anatolian folk tradition known as bozlak.
Born in the Central Anatolian town of Keskin, he learnt to play bağlama and to sing, influenced by Muharrem Ertaş. Taşan found success as the wedding musician in the Abdal tribe, and through his recordings is still well known as one of the most important practitioners of the bozlak tradition of folk singing.
