Hali Gali Halid
Hali Gali Halid is a early side project done by Goran Bare himself in Vinkovci, Croatia during 1991 when his band Majke broke up for the first time, after releasing their debut album "Razum i Bezumlje".
This side-project gave birth to a legendary album which is a parody of some Balkans folk stars like Halid Beslić and Halid Muslimović (dabogda se na 'eroin navukli).
It is important to say that Goran Bare played all the instruments on this album and sang all the vocal parts.
All the materials were released on an EP titled "VO-ZDRA" for record label "Slušaj najglasnije" owned by Zdenko Franjić.
Croatian rock'n'roll. Makes me long for the days when Poison ruled the rock'n'roll scene, which ain't sayin' much, considering I always thought listening to Poison was tantamount to having an appendage chewed off by a toothless goat. –Jimmy Alvarado (Slusaj Najglasnije or Listen Loudest)
