JE*REVIENS
Final Lineup:
Vocals: 浅葱 (ASAGI)
Guitar: SHI-NO
Guitar: 亜希生(Akito)
Bass: 紫苑 (Shion)
Drums: JUNYA
Ex-members:
Drums: KAZUKI (until 1998)
The band was formed in April 1998 by members SHI-NO (guitar) and KAZUKI (drums), both formerly from the band Deshabillz. On vocals they recruited ASAGI (formerly in Balsamic) and as bassist, Shion. The band was signed to ENAMELL RECORDS, known for their sub-label KEY PARTY.
KAZUKI left the band shortly after the release of their debut album Ne'phesh and first VHS, Genesis. He later formed Dué le Quartz, which became quite successful. JUNYA joined the band to replace him as the drummer.
With this lineup they released another album in 1999, Romantic Jewel, that has been regarded as a bit weaker than the first one. In the same year they also released their second VHS with two music videos. Then in January 2000, they released the single "Asamoya no naka de...", the same track released on their second video.
Before the release of their final album, univers ~mishi naru tobira~, there was another change in the line-up; a second guitarist Akito joined the band. However, his presence was only for a short time, because not long after the release of this album JE*REVIENS disbanded.
After JE*REVIENS, ASAGI joined Syndrome/Syndrome. After they disbanded, he formed D, a band which has become very popular and went major in late 2008. Shion was part of Endorphine, the band of former BAISER vocalist Yukari, until they disbanded as well. SHI-NO left the music scene to all appearances. JUNYA joined Candy Crunch Speaker, but in more recent years has become the drummer of Brigade of Spider. Akito joined the band Lucy via Cloudy. Read more on Last.fm.
