Johnny Cash & Jerry Lee Lewis
Johnny Cash & Jerry Lee Lewis are influential early rock n roll, and then best known as country music performers, both whom got their starts playing at Sun Records in Memphis TN in the 1950's. Officially they never released a true vinyl album together, but have performed live together numerous times, including being photographed at Sun Studios in the so-called Million Dollar Quartet.
The most popular release under joint names is a Hank Williams Tribute, actually a collection of covers recorded separately by the two artists. There is another album like this from 1970 called "Sunday Down South". A gospel album with the same concept, 1 vinyl-side each with 5 solo performances. Read more on Last.fm.
