Joshi
Joshi was the name of multi-instrumentalist Josh Carrigan's former recording project. Joshi used analog equipment to record 'listenable' experimental folk music.
Carrigan currently records as Cassette Concrete and a double album featuring Joshi's 'Animal Faith' and Cassette Concrete's 'a tape gone leave no trace' is being released on Leisure Class Records this June. He is also a member of the improvisational group, Robador.
He has previously played with, among others: The Advantage, Six Parts Seven, the Mae Shi, Books on Tape, Extreme Animals, Racebannon, Liz Isenberg, Rubbed Raw, Wrinkle, and Vio/Mire.
