Kit Richardson
Kit Richardson is a London-based, Birmingham-born singer-songfighter. She likes alternative hip-hop, mathcore and Neil Finn, and creates pop music that doesn't sound like any of those things.
A rather schizophrenic, often theatrical sound has earnt her comparisons with Kate Bush and ex-Dresden Doll Amanda Palmer. Backed by violins, distorted guitars and lush synths, Kit's live shows are as unpredictable as her records, and decidedly messier.
Her first independent release, the Submission Chords EP, was released in October 2011. Her second, the Love Songs in Age EP, was released in April 2013.
