Livio Morosin
Livio Morosin is one of the best Croatian authors of pop, rock and ethno music. He started his career in 1980 with the group Gustaphi and his good spirits and remains in the group by 1990.
Then he begins his very successful cooperation with a singer Alen Vitasović. In 1993 he issues his single Ne moren bez nje, which gained enormous success, almost the greatest in Croatia ever. In 1993/94 he issued the album Gušti su gušti, again with Alen Vitasović. Livio was the producer, author of lyrics and music for this album. Very soon the album became the Gold Record.
In 1996/97 he issues the album I Anelidi su bili crnci with the group Anelidi. In 1999 with Istrian ethno musician Dario Marušić, he issued the album Bura tramuntana. For this album he gets greatest Croatian music award "PORIN" for the best ethno album of the year.
In 2002 Livio Morosin issued the album Orihi Orihi with the famous Croatian actor Rade Šerbedžija. In 2003 he issued the album The Best Of, with the very best hits of his career, but with new arrangement and with the new productions. 2005 released first autonomous album 3 Naranče with all songs performed on Ethno Fest in Neum. 2007 with Croatia Records issued second autonomous and probably the best album named Livio Morosin.
Livio Morosin gained several rewards such as MUSIC FESTIVAL ZADAR, MELODIJE ISTRE I KVARNERA FESTIVAL, FESTIVAL ARENA – PULA etc. He also makes the music for theaters, movies and writing poems.
