maedasalt is the music alias of 'chrisgendo' from 2011-2014, temporarily retired and brought back in late 2015. heavily influenced by older lolicore artists and mostly focused on that genre but does not limit to it. initially started as a splice-sampling music project, and then started making lolicore and has mostly stuck to it. has often been described as melancholic "emotional lolicore".
