Mike Hale
Mike Hale is a Californian acoustic singer-songwriter, best known for his work with the bands Gunmoll and In The Red. Hale's pensive style of drawn-back acoustic folk music is described by Hale himself as "What you would hear if you came to my door any given day of the week".
His recordings available to date are a seven-inch split with Chris Wollard ( Hot Water Music, The Draft ,..), and two full lengths - 2008's "Broken With No Hope" and 2009's "Lives Like Mine", which is available online for free under the Creative Commons license.
