Mitar Miric
Mitar Mirić (Cyrillic: Митар Мирић) was born in 1957 in Ugljevik, Bosna (Republika Srpska) is a popular Serbian Folk singer. Some of his most popular songs include: "Zao mi je sto te ostavih","Voli me danas vise nego juce", "Doviđenja društvo staro", "Zivela ljubav", "Ne može nam niko ništa", and many other hits. The most known band with Mitar Mirić back in late 70's to 80's was Branimir Djokic from 79' to 84, which he recorded 4 singles, and 5 albums.
He has been spoofed by Straight Jackin' in their song "Tarmi Rićmi".
He is also famous for a joke among the Serbian youth that pronounce his name as "Tarmi Rićmi" in a kind of a slang of deformed words called šatrovački.
