Rebel Familia
Rebel Familia are an electronic/dubstep outfit in the underground Tokyo scene.
Formed in 2001, Rebel Familia made their debut at the "Metamorphose" ( Japan 's largest yearly techno event). GOTHTRAD was no stranger to the music scene before the formation of Rebel Familia. GOTH -TRAD was famous for his improve live performances. He has even gone on to open for artists such as The Mars Volta during three of the bands French tour dates.
Rebel Familia released their first single STAND ALONE/GLADIATOR in February of 2002. This would be followed by their first self-titled album in April of 2003.
In May of 2004 Rebel Familia released a sort of remix collection of their first album, SOLIDARITY. Some of the songs were direct remixes by artists such as DJ BAKU while some of them were songs directly from the first album which new MC's added on to the tracks (ILL-BOSSTINO from THA BLUE HERB and SHING02).
