Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers
The Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers are a rock band from Eugene, Oregon formed in 1997.
The Soldiers are known for their energetic live performances, which typically involve the dismantling of Oliver's drum kit, guitarist Kevin Sciou playing a swirling lead while in the midst of the crowd and the singer jumping into the audience with the kick drum.
Due to Atlantic continually stalling the release of the Rock 'n' Roll Soldiers' album because the label wanted a bigger fan base, the soldiers left the label. They got to keep all their music and produced "So Many Musicians to Kill" under their own label, RnRS Records. It was officially released on July 21, 2006. Since their departure from Atlantic, they started their own record label, and "So Many Musicians to Kill" was released on iTunes on August 22, 2006.
Rock n Roll Soldiers made a DIY tour in Europe at the beginning of 2008. Due to complications from the tour they currently cannot afford the release of their new album. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
