The Creepers
There are three bands known as The Creepers:
1). The Creepers were an English rock music group, formed in Manchester, UK in 1982, originally as Marc Riley & The Creepers. Guitarist/keyboardist Riley was booted out of the Fall in 1982, reportedly over an unseemly penchant for pop. His prolific output as a solo artist and bandleader, however, only slightly warrants such categorization. Although Riley shares his former group's taste for deadpan vocals and distorted guitar and keyboard sounds, freed of Mark E. Smith's clutches he exhibits more melodic, structured songwriting and has one foot firmly rooted in the garage punk tradition.
2). for pre-Gravemist US band see Creepers
3). A punk band from Perth, Western Australia. Featuring current and ex members of; Shotgun Wedding, Bonehouse and Agony. Their first full length album "Survival of the Shittest" was released in mid 2009 and was followed up by the EP "Another Kind of Booze" in 2010, which was released only on 7" vinyl. Their song "Baby Wants Brains" was also featured on the compilation albums "Rink Rash and Whiplash" and "Punk Kills 13". They have released one DVD entitled "Total Shithouse DVD".
