The Hi-Fly Orchestra
The Hi-Fly Orchestra are an all-acoustic jazz outfit creating some great 60s influenced jazz-dance cuts with Latin edges and an infectious dance flavour that always gets the crowd moving. The Hi-Fly Orchestra was founded in 2005 by Jerker Kluge and Florian Riedl. Their intention was to create music sounding as hip as the classic jazz records of the early Blue Note. Music for dancing, without DJ´s, electronics or samples, just pure acoustic music! The heavy and rough rhythms are played by drums, double-bass, congas and piano, supporting the wonderful horn-lines by sax and trombone. Parts of The Hi-Fly Orchestra are also members of the groups Riovolt, Hipnosis, Liquid Loop and Zonazul. Read more on Last.fm.
