The Orders
The Orders are a four-piece band from Helsinki, Finland. Their music combines dark and melancholic guitars, infectious melodies and steady discobeats. Music you can dance to and cry.
The Orders started year 2003 as Dive. They have released two, now sold out EPs: “Confessions of the Night” and “Unfortunately Dead”, which instantly became a cult-item.
2005 they recorded “Stars” for a Finnish movie Koti-ikävä. It was frequently played on the national radio station YleX.
Summer 2006 The Orders released their self-titled EP including three new songs: “Where It Always Rains”, “Apart”, “Desperation Takes Hold”, and the first official release for “Stars”. “Where It always Rains” was that weeks most played song on Radio Helsinki. While “Apart” was taken to Radio YleX as Viikon teho.
