Triskilian
Triskilian plays world music on historical instruments: key fiddle, celtic harp, bagpipes, hurdy gurdy, "Tsourás", "Cister", arabic drums and many others more. Their songs varies from those for christians and pagans, for moslems and jews. Music ranges from northern European countries down to Spain and from Ireland to Istanbul!
Old songs are free from dust while new songs grow with roots. Some are self-written, some are jolly, while others are pensive and many danceable.
Encountering instead of disassociating is the motto of the three performers. They tell about trips all over the world and cultural encounters.
Jule Sonnenklang sings ballads and tells stories through them. Kilian whistles and plays unconventional melodies on a harp. Oually, the drummer, contributes the rhythm to it.
Mystical masks transform the three from Triskilian into mythical creatures and enchants the audience into a spellwith ists poetic music. By means of trapeze, handstands and a very impressive fire show, their performance turns into a lively variety show. The audience experience a dreamy spectacle of music and circus skills.
