Column is an electronic duo from Copenhagen, Denmark. Column consists of Nino Orio on guitars, vocals and Janine Neble on lead vocals. Column was formed in 1995.
The universe surrounding Column has always been dark, gothic and electric, and from the very start in 1995, Column were one of the main actors in the gothic and performative arts movement that took place in Copenhagen in the early and mid 90s.
Since their first release Column has been working with Danish producer Joshua, who has also produced Kent, Mew and Raveonettes.
Column will be releasing a new album in autumn 2008.
