Greta Jančytė (born 24 April 1995) better known by her stage name GJan is a Lithuanian singer and songwriter.
She became known for her videos on YouTube. Her first hit single "Not Afraid" got more than 4 million views, followed by her second big hit "Tattoo" that received over 2 million views. In 2012, GJan was nominated for Best Music Video award at M.A.M.A. awards, but lost to Jurga Šeduikytė. In 2013, GJan was nominated for Best female act at M.A.M.A. awards.
From 2010 to 2011 Greta performed in Lithuanian rock group Second Riot. They released two songs: Memories and Stalk. In summer 2011 Greta left the band due to disagreements with the other members of the group. She was replaced by Neringa Banytė.
In October 2011 GJan published cover on Katy Perry's song ET on her Youtube channel. Then, on April 9, 2012 she released her first single "Not Afraid". On December 2, 2012 she released the song "Tattoo". On May 12, 2013 she released her third single "Need Your Love". On November 17, 2013 she released the song "Now You". On April 11, 2015 GJan announced that her new single titled "Nobody Around" would be released on April 13, and also teased an acoustic version of another new song through her Instagram page. The day after release, April 14, "Nobody Around" reached number 1 on the Lithuanian iTunes chart.
