森田童子
Douji Morita (森田童子, Morita Dōji, born January 15th, 1952 in Tokyo) is a Japanese singer-songwriter.
After a troubled time at school and inspired by the death of a friend, in 1975 she recorded her first LP, "Good Bye グットバイ". On December 25th 1983, she played her last live at Shinjuku Loft and the left music altogether in favour of being a homemaker.
Later her songs were used for Koukou Kyoushi, a popular TV drama in 1993, and also in the continuation of the series, Koukou Kyoushi 2003.
