은지원
은지원 (Eun Ji Won) born June 8, 1978, is a Korean musician and leader of the 90s boy group Sechskies. After the group initially disbanded in 2000, he started his solo career in 2001 under the name G1.
Out of all of the members of Sechskies, he was heavily criticized after the disbandment. This arose from the fact that he changed genres from pop, to hip-hop and rap.
In mid-2006, he joined The Movement, a group of rappers from all over Korea. Alhough Sechskies initially disbanded in 2000, in 2002 he perfomed along side with Sechskies members, Kang Sung Hoon, and J-Walk (Kim Jae Duc and Jang Su Won). Recently, Ji Won had performed at the DKNY Party. He is planning to star on a new TV show, followed by working on his 5th album. He has stated that starring on the TV show and his 5th album does not have anything to do with each other.
In addition to performing with other Korean artists such as Drunken Tiger, and Lee Hyo Ri He has also starred in a leading role in the movie "High School Girl Gets Married". He is also a well-known figure in Korean entertainment scene, being a regular on '1N2D' from 2007 and appearing on various shows.
In 2009, he established his own company, GYM Entertainment.
