Big Geminii
Recording artist/writter Big Gemini (also known as Gemini) found success with crossover pop-rap singles “Crazy for You” (2003), which featured the vocoder-crooning of MC Magic, and “Hypnotized” (2007), both of which appeared in Billboard’s Rhythmic Top 40 charts. The Dallas, TX-born rapper’s album recordings included his debut, 6:16 the Genesis (2001), and follow-up, Product of Pain (2003), which produced an instant classic in the “Crazy for You” single which was eventually picked up by Universal. In 2006 Gemini debuted as one-third of touted supergroup the Gamebreakerz (with Playa Rae and Fade Dogg), whose album Texikali was released on Houston radio DJ Mista Madd’s Paid in Full imprint. The following year “Hypnotized” made its way into radio rotation, paving the way for his third LP, History in the Making (2008) released on independent label Big Gun Records. Gemini is currently writing and in the studio working on two projects both due for release in the coming months. Read more on Last.fm.
