Pastacas
When Estonian folk-electronic enthusiast Ramo Teder makes music he becomes Pastacas. In estonian "pastakas" stands for a "ball-point pen" and Ramo likes to use this little instrument as a tool for his drawings. Which came first: Ramo drawing with a ball-point pen or Pastacas making music? The paitings. At art exhibitions Ramo's pictures are often accompanied by music from Pastacas.
Ramo's musical debut was a collaboration with Afternooning Plague Family on compilation "Sue Darling" by indie label Sally Sinnamon. Pastacas is Ramo's solo project, he mixes electronics with flute and acoustic guitar to achieve exquisite sound and delicate melodies. Read more on Last.fm.
