"When I first listened to SOULSCAPE ... I didn't know what to think of it, but I kept on rewinding it again and again. That's a good thing, because it usually means that the band has a very unique sound that is hard to get a handle on, but still very enjoyable one it has had time to infect the mind. [Soulscape] is exactly that. In fact, I think that this band has one of the most potent, exciting sounds that I've heard in a long time. Soulscape's dramatic songwriting is gripping from start to finish, with a layer of gothic keyboard melodies standing in sharp contrast to the double bass drumming and uncompromising guitar riffing. On top of this, a chameleon-like vocal delivery that goes from rapping to growling to crooning cements the versatility and vibrancy of this band."
