Terminator
There are at least 3 artists called Terminator.
1. Terminator (real name Shabazz Baidoo) is a North London Grime MC who is part of the underground crew Cold Blooded.
Terminator is also an established footballer and was signed to Queen's Park Rangers, but was released by the club in January 2008, and so joined Dagenham and Redbridge on a contract until the end of the 2007/8 season. It is understood that football is Terminator's main focus and he only emcees for recreational value.
Terminator is recognized for his eccentric but highly creative lyrics and his sluggish flow, as well as being the creator and champion of a somewhat sub genre of grime known as "darkside". It is highly speculated that Terminator is preparing a mixtape entitled 'Darkside Pioneer' rumoured to be released in 2010.
2. Terminator was a Czech thrash metal band from Bzenec, founded in 1987 (most of sources mention 1988, though) with first live performance in 1989.
In the same year, the band released their first demo Termination and then another demo Unification (Together against to Death)
The debut album Probability of Doom was released in 1991. While the name is in English, all lyrics were in Czech. The album was well accepted and the band got concerts through Europe.
After some lineup changes, band released a second album called "Plugged!". Its name is a parody on "unplugged" albums very popular in the 90's. On second album, all lyrics were written in English.
Terminator disbanded in 1996.
3. Terminator is one of the names used by Russian dark psytrance producer Victor Zolotarenko, most famous for being half of the duo Parasense (Paranoiac Sensations).
As Terminator, he released a split album in 2003 with Dejan, and then a full length album entitled "Spirits of the Plants" in 2005, directly preceding his untimely death on January 4th, 2006.
