Hormones in abundance
Hormones in abundance was the teenage alias of songwriter Patrik Lindgren, hailing from Kalmar, Sweden. At live performances he'd often be accompanied by dear friend, Lina Yvesand on vocals and keyboards. Recording mainly all tracks at home, by himself, Lindgren gained the Swedish indie scene's attention for his concise and uptempo beat pop songs in the early noughties. A seven-inch record compiling songs from 2001-2003 was issued on Halmstad's Heavenly pop hits label in March, 2004. A handful of demo cdr-s and mp3s are also circulating on various p2p networks. The self enforced motto of this once d.i.y. idealist was "short songs finish first", which by all accounts remains true. Read more on Last.fm.
